Answer:

My Teacher Who Inspires Me

Throughout our academic journey, we meet different types of teachers - some are strict, some are lenient, and some are just there to fulfill their job description. However, there are only a few teachers who leave a lasting impact on our lives. For me, that teacher is Mrs. Smith.

Mrs. Smith was my English teacher in high school, and she was unlike any other teacher I had ever met. She had a unique way of teaching, which made the subject interesting and engaging. Her classes were always full of fun activities, discussions, and debates. She had an incredible passion for literature, and it was evident in the way she taught.

What inspired me the most about Mrs. Smith was her dedication towards her students. She was not just a teacher, but a mentor, a guide, and a friend. She was always available to help her students, even beyond the classroom. She encouraged us to pursue our interests and to think outside the box. She always believed in our potential and motivated us to do our best.

Mrs. Smith was not just concerned about our academic performance, but our overall development as well. She often gave us valuable life lessons, which have stayed with me even today. Her positivity and enthusiasm were infectious, and it was impossible to leave her class without feeling inspired.

Under her guidance, I discovered my love for literature and writing. She always pushed me to take on new challenges and to never settle for mediocrity. It was her encouragement that helped me become a better writer and develop my own unique style.

In conclusion, Mrs. Smith was not just a teacher who taught me English, but a teacher who inspired me to become a better person. She instilled in me a love for learning, a passion for literature, and a drive to succeed. She is the reason why I believe that teachers can make a significant impact on their students' lives. I am grateful to have had her as my teacher and will always cherish the lessons she taught me.

Answer:

I have developed a different relationship with each one of them; and of course, I reminisce about some of my teachers more than other s. A teacher never knows which student he or she is going to inspire to achieve his or her goals. Sometimes, a teacher might feel that he or she has not done much for a student, but that student might feel that that particular teacher has highly contributed to his or her education and has undoubtedly affected his or her attitude about education in a positive way. The purpose of this essay is to describe a teacher who has positively affected my attitude toward education.

25. ESSAY Essay essay essay

A place you loved as a child

As a child, there was a place that always brought a smile to my face whenever I visited; it was my grandparent's house. Nestledin a cozy suburb, their house was an oasis of comfort and love for me.

Walking up the drive, I was always greeted with the sight of colorful flowers and trees lining the path leading up to their front door. The sound of bird songsin a small town, their house was a charming cottage surrounded by a lush green garden. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies and the sound of my grandmother singing.

I loved spending time in their cozy living room, where my grandfather would tell me stories about his younger days, while my grandmother would knit or read her favorite books. The room was adorned with beautiful decorations that my grandparents had collected over the years, from vintage lamps to unique picture frames.

One of my favorite things about their house was the backyard. It was a geologist's paradise, with rocks of all colors and sizes scattered around. My grandfather was an avid rock collector, and he would often take me on expeditions to find hidden gems like quartz, agate, and even fossils. The backyard also had a swing set, and I spent countless hours swinging tirelessly and daydreaming.

Another thing that stood out was the grand oak tree in their front yard. It was massive and had a thick branch that curved just perfectly for me to sit in and read. I always felt like I was in my private reading nook, with the rustling leaves providing a calming ambiance.

But what made the place truly special was the love and warmth that my grandparents showered upon me. Their house was not just a physical location, but a place where I found solace and comfort. It was a haven where I could be myself without any inhibitions.

In hindsight, I realize that my grandparent's house was more than just a place I loved as a child; it was a place that molded me into the person I am today. It taught me the importance of family, love, and to appreciate the little things in life. Even though my grandparents have passed away and the house is now occupied by someone else, the memories and the warm feelings associated with it will always stay with me.

27. Write a brief three paragraph about climate change. essay about. In your essay, the three types of claim should be evident. These claims will be written below your ersay.

Answer:

Climate change refers to the long-term alteration of global temperatures, precipitation patterns, and sea levels due to human activities. The scientific consensus is that climate change is primarily caused by the emission of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, into the atmosphere. These emissions come from burning fossil fuels, deforestation, and industrial processes, among others. The impacts of climate change are already being felt around the world, including more frequent extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and changes in ecosystems and agriculture.

Firstly, climate change is a scientifically proven phenomenon, and the overwhelming evidence supports the claim that human activities are the primary cause. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has published numerous reports summarizing the scientific consensus on climate change, including the physical science basis, impacts, and mitigation measures. Furthermore, independent research from various fields, including meteorology, oceanography, and geology, has confirmed the reality of climate change.

Secondly, the impacts of climate change are severe and wide-ranging, and they pose significant risks to human societies and ecosystems. Climate change is leading to more frequent heatwaves, droughts, floods, and storms, which threaten public health, infrastructure, and food security. Sea-level rise is causing coastal erosion and flooding, which will affect millions of people living in low-lying areas. Moreover, climate change is already causing irreversible changes in ecosystems, such as coral reef bleaching and the melting of Arctic sea ice.

Thirdly, addressing climate change requires urgent and collective action from individuals, governments, and businesses. The Paris Agreement, signed by 196 countries in 2015, aims to limit global warming to well below 2°C above pre-industrial levels, with a goal of 1.5°C. Achieving this target requires reducing greenhouse gas emissions rapidly, transitioning to renewable energy sources, and implementing adaptation measures to cope with the impacts of climate change. While progress has been made, more needs to be done to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.

30. guysss help me to make essay about informative speech pls(make esaay about informative speech)

Answer:

Speeches are always a hard task to complete. Some more complicated then others depending on the situation, the topic, and the audience. The informative speech was one of the harder speeches I had to give since it had to include more research, and more hard facts then the previous speeches. Therefore, it needed more preparation. During preparation part of the informative speech a key learning moment for me was that you can’t procrastinate and do it the night before. That means don’t procrastinate on topic selection, research, or on the crafting of the outline and speech. The book states that “For most brief speeches (under 10 minutes), you should allow at least one week from topic selection to speech delivery” (Beebe, 68). Not procrastinating …show more content…

Another key learning moment I had was learning that I should let go and not let the fear of public speaking hold me back. I believe learning that helps improve confidence. The reason for that as the books explains that it is a reason to channel all the nervous energy you have into a great speech. For example, if I compare the informative speech with the speech before it which was the family history speech I could see improvement with confidence up in the front of the room and also I wasn’t as nervous as I was for the family history speech which I think showed in the fact that I had a little more confidence as I was speaking. In addition, I also learned that notecards aren’t a way of having your speech in front of you but instead a tool to help guide you as you speak. For the informative speech I got a couple of peer feedbacks that stated that I should use and look down at my notecards less. At some points during the speech I noticed that I was looking down too much but having statistics to read made it seem impossible at …show more content…

Getting all the feedback helped me to improve my speaking skills. As a speaker from speech two to three I improved my transitions. In speech three they were more noticeable to the audience I believe since I got feedback that I did well on my transitions. For example, when I went from topic to topic I would say something like “secondly I’m going to discuss why I believe organ donation is important to discuss”. Another place that I improved on is with my previewing main points this was another thing I got a lot of compliments on in peer review. Well watching my speech, I noticed that I did a good job with previewing my main points in my introduction. The differences I saw between these two speeches is the amount of confidence I had up there and the amount of nervousness I experienced up there. I felt for the informative speech I was less nervous I think that it because I was more prepared and did more practicing.
